Order Preparation
All Dulce Nombre de María products are carefully crafted and prepared by hand.
The standard order preparation time is up to 3 business days from purchase confirmation. During periods of high demand, special campaigns, or public holidays, this timeframe may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a notification letting you know it has been shipped.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through postal and courier operators selected by Dulce Nombre de María, including services managed by Correos or its logistics partners.
The company reserves the right to choose the most suitable carrier for each destination.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes begin once the order has been shipped.
- Mainland Spain — Estimated delivery: 2 to 5 business days.
- Balearic Islands — Estimated delivery: 3 to 7 business days.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla — Estimated delivery: 5 to 15 business days. Customs procedures may cause additional delays beyond our control.
- European Union — Estimated delivery: 5 to 15 business days.
- United Kingdom — Estimated delivery: 5 to 15 business days. Customs procedures or local taxes may apply.
- Rest of the world — Estimated delivery: 7 to 25 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local customs processes.
All timeframes stated are estimates and do not constitute a delivery guarantee.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before the order is finalized.
During certain promotions or campaigns, free shipping may be offered for specific destinations or order amounts.
Order Tracking
Where the contracted service allows, the customer will receive tracking information to check the status of their shipment.
Customs, Taxes, and Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to tariffs, import taxes, customs duties, or other charges imposed by the authorities of the destination country.
These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Dulce Nombre de María has no control over such amounts and cannot predict their value.
Delivery Delays
Although we do everything possible to ensure orders arrive within the estimated timeframes, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs or border inspections.
- Carrier logistics issues.
- Adverse weather conditions.
- Strikes or exceptional circumstances.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Force majeure events.
